BLG-AF023 is an anti-static surface-treatment agent from SEMPURION for sandblasting/deburring of phone frames and metal parts — addressing static build-up from high-speed abrasive impact that causes particles to clump together.
During sandblasting, abrasives generate heavy friction static and clump, impairing blast uniformity, deburring quality and accelerating media wear. BLG-AF023 keeps particles dispersed and flowing for stable, even blasting.
Batch-validated on major customers' production lines, it notably improves deburring consistency and media utilization.
