SEMPURION expanded its semiconductor & packaging chemical line with Ti/Mo/Ru/W etchants, an RDL developer and several process cleaners, covering carrier cleaning, wafer processing, TGV glass and metal etch/develop.

The new grades continue the low-sodium, low-ionic-residue, high-selectivity approach for advanced packaging and next-generation interconnect processes.
